This service is available to our customers who need to check the details and reconfirm
the time of their pick-up. You may use this service the day before your expected pick up
to confirm the time and location and receive any other service information or updates.
To find your booking, please enter your ResortHoppa booking reference code. If you do not
have your reference code, please enter the first name (or initial) AND the surname of the
lead passenger as entered on your booking.
If you cannot find your booking by searching on either your booking reference, or by surname and flight number,
then you will have to reconfirm by telephone. Please call the number on your joining instructions
or +34 902 104 950, if you do not have your joining instructions to hand.
